PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. (WSVN) — Pembroke Pines Police have released photographs of a Peeping Tom who has been stalking women in the area for years.

Police released still frames from surveillance footage, Tuesday, of the man trespassing and damaging private properties around Pembroke Pines. Specifically, the man has targeted the homes of women in Windmill Lakes, Heron Pond, Gatehouse and Sunswept.

Reports indicate that on several occasions, the man trespassed into backyards, peered into women’s bedroom windows and masturbated. He has also attempted to break into a bedroom window. “I looked outside and saw him pleasuring himself,” said one victim.

According to police, there have been as many as 25 reported incidents leading back to 2013. Officials believe there may be more incidents, however, they were not reported.

A woman who was targeted by the man cannot sleep in peace until he is found. The man allegedly even shot through one woman’s window with a slingshot. “Constantly I am waking up at three o’clock in the morning, until five o’clock in the morning, where I am terrorized with not just the sound of the item that has gone through my window, but just the sound of the glass breaking, wondering if my children are OK,” said the victim.

The man is described as a Hispanic male with salt and pepper hair and a stubble beard. He is around 5-foot-9 with a heavy build.

Police have passed out fliers and said some cases have probably gone unreported but they are looking for more victims to come forward.

Police are hoping someone who recognizes him from the photographs will step forward with more information. “It’s possible, if not likely, he lives within the area and that someone know who is he is,” said officer Al Xiques.

If you know about this man, call the Pembroke Pines police department at (954) 431-2200, or call Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS. Remember, you can always remain anonymous, and you may be eligible for a $3,000 reward.
